Service scope
Living areas and bedrooms: gates, wooden doors, vacuuming or mopping floors, windows, furniture, air-conditioner filters, fans, and changing sheets and pillowcases.
- Bathrooms
- bathtub, toilet, basin, extractor fan, mirrored cabinets and mopping.
- Kitchen
- cooker hood/extractor, refrigerator, cooker, cabinets, sink, microwave and mopping.
Cleaning supplies are excluded. Customers should provide suitable tools and products; contact the company for a separate quotation if supplies are required.
- Service hours
- Monday–Sunday, 8am–7pm. The original site states that public holidays have no additional surcharge.
The source describes fees as prepaid, with the full plan fee payable after the first service has been completed.
For remote or Mid-Levels locations not directly accessible by MTR, railway or light rail, the original site lists an additional HK$100 per visit.

Customer notes
Crystal chandeliers are excluded. If cleaning is requested, the customer must dismantle and reinstall the chandelier.
Extractor hoods requiring tools must be dismantled and reinstalled by the customer; staff will not remove them independently.
Ceilings and walls are lightly dusted with a dry cloth only, without water or cleaning agents.
