Remote or Mid-Levels locations not directly accessible by rail: $100 extra per staff member.
Customer notes
Crystal chandeliers are excluded. If cleaning is requested, the customer must dismantle and reinstall the chandelier.
Extractor hoods requiring tools must be dismantled and reinstalled by the customer; staff will not remove them independently.
Ceilings and walls are lightly dusted with a dry cloth only, without water or cleaning agents.
